Cambridge Conservation Initiative

We took 10 students on a trip to the Cambridge Conservation Initiative, housed in the David Attenborough Building, last Friday 25th. The students were selected based on their engagement with the ‘Stickerbook’ sustainability challenge, which we ran through our tutorial. This was a collaboration with Long Road, who also took 10 students. The idea being, to try to raise awareness amongst students of environmental issues.

The day included talks from a world-leading provider of biodiversity monitoring, Ørsted; the world’s largest developer of offshore wind, along with a guided tour of the museum of zoology.
