Visit from Italian Students
By Claire Robinson, Modern Foreign Languages Department, 23 March 2016
Nineteen students from the Liceo Onesti in Fermo (Marche) in Italy visited the College for three afternoons last week. They gave presentations about the well-preserved Roman water storage cisterns in their home town to our Latin and Classical Civilisation students. They also discussed language and culture with IB and AS students, who served up typical English teatime fare, including home-made scones with jam and cream, to welcome the visitors.
